Anytime that you are purchasing and/or invest in property, we understand that it is an enormous investment. Everyone involved needs to know every aspect of the property. The majority of our business is from clients' referrals, real estate agents, lenders, accountants, property management companies, attorneys' recommendations, and in some cases insurance companies (underwriters) before issuing the certification of compliance. Even though, we work directly for the client that retains our services, the conclusion is based on unbiased determinations and no-one’s influences.
Our job is to insure that the client understands every item that we assessed, constructed and reported is based on safety, honesty, integrities, and trustworthiness that we have established over two decades. Our job does not end after the construction and/or assessment is completed. Should you have any questions down the road, you are encouraged to let us know, and we will do whatever it takes to insure that you are completely comfortable with the property.
We are here to assist you in making a confident decision about your investment, whether you're buying or selling a property. We want the buyer to understand what they are getting, and we want the seller to eliminate possible problems that could delay or lose a sale. We will give you an unbiased professional inspection and advise you on the condition or safety, and any maintenance that is needed of your current property or one that you are considering. Either case, we are here to help.
